Xbox Live Rewards Never Applied?

Hi i have about lifetime 9200 lifetime points.

I didn't even know there was a rewards program until today.

Its only showing up that I can deposit 4200 points into VIPBank. which I'm currently depositing.

Previously I had 5000 points that I do not know what happened to. I never got an email that currency got converted to my Xbox Live account and honestly I do not remember getting any money into my account.

Is there any way you could put the 5000 points into the VIPBank if i never received the currency.

Can you please help. Thank you.

I never got anything and I've been there since the beginning of Xbox Rewards (and also Xbox Live).

Only Xbox Live Rewards Members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. Since you never opted in to the program, you are not eligible for any Xbox Live Rewards.

 

The MyRewards section of the site has your statement which will show when the credits were deposited. You can verify your deposit by going to Sign in to your Microsoft account

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Please note that per Microsoft policy, all promotional currencies expire one year after being redeemed, so if you did not spend your last deposit, which occurred in 2014, it would have expired at
this point.
