Xbox Live rewards MyVip

Hey, it's been more than 5 years since i buy digital purchases on my account, and I haven't even unlocked the first star in MyVip!

Can anyone help me with that? Thanks

Unused VIP gems

What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



You’ll have until 31 May 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until 15 June 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

Support will check into your purchases, but keep in mind that star levels are calculated on a yearly basis, not your entire time you've been on Live. Ranks reset each year, on January 1. So your current progress would only include purchases you've made since
January 1 of this year. You can see how much you need to spend each year for each level at http://rewards.xbox.com/terms-and-conditions

After reviewing your account, you registered into the program as a Canadian Rewards member. Since you have been making your purchases in a different regional currency then your Rewards region, those purchases are not eligible for Rewards. Only purchases
made with your Rewards Account's regional currency are eligible for the Rewards program (CAD).

If you wish to instead continue with Rewards in your current Microsoft Account region and create a new account, you must first close your current account by opting out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/).
By closing out an account and creating a new one, this will cause us to create a new Rewards Account based off your Microsoft Account region. While this will cause you to lose your previous Rewards account, including all previous progress, we will be able
to transfer any currently pending, un-deposited Credits to your new account.

You will have to wait 48 hours for us to receive and process your request, after which your account should show up as completely clean of progress and have a join by date of "???". At that point, you can create a new Rewards Account by signing back up again,
which can also take 48 hours. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards).
You can also check your MyDashboard at (Xbox Live Rewards), you will be able to see if you are still in the registration
process. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
