    Xbox Live Rewards / MyVIP Gems


    Just looking to redeem MyVIP Gems before they completely lose their value, but it is seemingly impossible because nothing is ever in stock in The Vault. I've talked to 3 people so far in MS Support and all I get is the runaround.

    For the love of God, someone please help me with this.

    I don't need more information on the upcoming changes, I don't need to be redirected to someone else. All I want is to redeem 1,090 MyVIP Gems for (2) 10,000 Rewards Points vouchers before MS strips MyVIP Gems of their value. It shouldn't be that hard
    considering it is MS's own currency, just a thought...

    From the FAQ:

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?



    You’ll have until 31 May 2018 to earn MyVIP Gems and unlock any new MyVIP Perks. You’ll then have until 15 June 2018 to claim any open MyVIP Perks and to redeem any unused MyVIP Gems in your Xbox Live Rewards account for prizes from the MyVIP Vault. After
    this date any unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards points and can be used to redeem rewards from the Microsoft Rewards catalogue once your membership is transitioned. One MyVIP Gem will convert to one Microsoft Rewards point.

    What will happen to my Xbox Live Rewards MyVIP Gems, MyVIP Perks, and MyVIP Vault?

    Your 556 Gems will be converted to Microsoft Rewards Points when you are fully transitioned into Microsoft Rewards.

    Unfortunately, since the program has ended in your region, you can no longer spend Gems or use the MyVIP Vault. As stated in the transition FAQ:
