    i have pre ordered resident evil 7 sniper elite 4 and ghost recon wildlands but with sniper and ghost recon it says i didnt pre order it so this mission for 1500 reward points wont go through

    First of all, thanks for this month missions. They are easy and rewarded Xbox live rewards mission :)

    I completed two missions but didn't a reward yet so can you have a look please:

    first mission: You’re one step closer to your Reward

    I got For honor -$59.99- and The technomancer -$15-

    Second mission-from my email-: All Rewards should be this effortless

    I got Sniper Elite 4 -$59.99- and Candleman -$14.99-

    The punchcard is the 1 - 2 - 3 section at the top of the page. You have correctly received punches for both Ghost Recon and Sniper Elite. The body of the page is only for showing what standard edition titles you have purchased. Furthermore, only purchases
    made during the offer period are eligible for the offer. Your Resident Evil purchase went toward the previous Games on Demand offer. That offer was completed on November 27th and was a part of your December 14th deposit.

    I didn't receive my Microsoft reward that I won

    Listing personal information on the forums like a phone number or e-mail address is a really bad idea.

    Hopefully when you get a reply a team member can edit it out.

    That being said, which Mission was this?

    The only mission I've seen recently with any Xbox One S models as a prize is the Forza mission, and that wasn't an instant win that pops up on screen; it's a sweepstakes drawing that hasn't happened yet.

    Was it Microsoft Rewards or Xbox LIVE Rewards?

    Unfortunately, only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. From the FAQ:

    I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

    You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
    Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.
