Xbox Live rewards mission doesn't appear as completed

Hi, I completed since dec 6th the "A history of rewards" mission but in chapter 2: the present, it doesn't appear as completed, son I'm not getting de 15000 reward credits. Chapter 1 and chapter 3 do appear as completed but I don't know why chapter 2 has
this problem. For this chapter I bought Star Trek Beyond and Suicide Squad movies.

I hope you can help me with this issue so I get the rewards mentioned.

The best Rewards of past, present, and future punch card doe not update

Hi Xbox live reward support,

I've bought following games under my xbox account in 2016 december:

Halo 5, Rise of Tomb Raider, Gears of War 4, BattleFields 1, pre-order Halo War 2

So I should completed the mission of "The best Rewards of past, present, and future". But the mission doesn't refect those progress properly. Would you verify those order and grant me the mission complete reward points?

You'll want to contact Rewards support via the contact link at the very bottom of the Rewards site.

Hello Zarosio,

That page displays all purchases you make and marks them as "You pre-ordered" regardless of whether it was a pre-order or purchased post-release. Since your purchase of Skyrim was made after release and was not a pre-order, it was not eligible for a punch.

Unfortunately, only Rewards members are eligible for Rewards. From the FAQ:

I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards Credits for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

You can only earn Rewards Credits once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions or tracking your MyVIP progress by making purchases in the
Xbox Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.
