    Missing Microsoft Points?

    Still missing 40 Microsoft points from Xbox Live rewards and 100 from Bing Rewards.

    Hello GreatUncleBaal,

    We see that your purchases were accurately Rewarded. If you are asking about your deposit, pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit.
    Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit the following month. Since your Credits were not placed as pending until recently, they will be a part of the mid-April deposit.

    Keep in mind that as stated in our FAQ, pre-orders, game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP:

    What content on the Xbox Store is eligible for MyVIP?

    Normally, most purchases for Xbox 360 and Xbox One from the Xbox Store qualify, including full Games on Demand titles (excluding game pre-orders), arcade games, indie games, game add-ons, game Season Passes, movies, TV shows, TV seasons, themes and avatar
    items. In-game consumables, Xbox Live Gold memberships, Groove Music Passes, Microsoft Movies & TV Season Passes, and the purchase or redemption of Microsoft Points or Xbox Gift Cards, still do not qualify.



    Your pre-order of Mass Effect went towards the Games on Demand offer. However, that offer required three eligible purchases to complete for Credit.

    All future Xbox LIVE Rewards inquiries and issues will be addressed by the Gamertag XBLRewards0 (denoted with an X CUL) whom you may contact directly by posting in the new Forum 14, Using
