    Xbox live rewards missing from 2014


    i have an issue with my xbox live rewards, ive been a member since 2013 and i submitted 500 credits for a 3 month membership that still has not been put into my account. The transfer was made on 2/17/2014 and it has been pending since then. With only 2 days
    left, i dont want to lose those 3 months.

    Missing Microsoft Points?

    Still missing 40 Microsoft points from Xbox Live rewards and 100 from Bing Rewards.

    I am not receiving my rewards from purchases made from my Xbox.

    I have been an Xbox Rewards member since 2014 and I have made a lot of purchases from my xbox with the same gamertag. None of these purchases are being recorded in my Xbox Live Rewards!

    Those would have been credits you earned for purchasing a 3 month subscription, not the other way around. Prior to June 1,2014, you could earn credits for renewing gold. Prior to October 1, 2017, when gems were created, there was no way to exchange credits
    or anything else for things like Gold.

    xbox survey not giving me my monthly credits after doing survey.

    There is a delay with this month's survey, but if there are surveys you're missing, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum and list the months so support can check into it for you.

    The month's i did that are missing are.

    July 2013

    August 2014

    October 2014

    December 2014

    I hope you guys at xbox can fix this glitch or problem or what ever is happening, thanks for getting back so fast.

    xbox live gold renewal rewards not received any at all for renewing gold

    As of July 1st, 2014 we are no longer rewarded for renewing Xbox Live Gold.

    Hello ELECTRZx,

    As of September 2014, when we changed from MyAchievements to MyVIP for Rewarding, gamerscore does not have any effect on Rewarding. Furthermore, there is no 300 Credits for $10 offer from our program. This forum is only for Xbox Live Rewards program issues.
    300 Rewards Credits in our program is $.3 USD.
