Xbox Live Rewards Microsoft Commerce E-mail Account "Information Needed" Notification

Hi,

I just recently noticed under my account status that it was yellow and said to verify that the e-mail for my Microsoft commerce account was correct. I followed the link and the e-mail was correct. It stated if it was correct that I should make a post here.

Can you sign in Xbox live with a different E-mail account?

So, I have already an Xbox Live user and my E-mail account I used to sign in Xbox Live is about to close. Can I use a different E-mail account to sign in Live with the same user?

It's important, because I have all my achievements/ plus friends in this user and I cannot try it out, because I have not created another E-mail account, yet.

Your account needs updating to make a deposit

I am having trouble getting my Xbox Live rewards credits deposited into my Microsoft account. The Xbox Live Rewards page said I needed to update my billing information on my Microsoft commerce account in order to deposit my credits. All my billing information
is correct and I still keep getting this message with a link to my billing page. I am wondering how this problem can be fixed and appreciate any help on this matter. Thank you.

This is a new feature recently introduced to detect emails that may have not been input correctly. However, I can confirm that your email address seems to be perfectly legitimate. We will reach out to our platform team and conduct an investigation on this
matter. Once we have more information, we'll update you here! Sorry for the alarm that this has caused.

Hi,

I just checked and my xbox live rewards account has return to a green status which is great!

However, I couldn't help but notice that I did not receive my rewards credits for purchases I made during the Black Friday sales. Will these credits be coming my way in the near future?

When will my MyVIP Rewards Credits be deposited into my Microsoft account?

The total Rewards earned will be calculated at the end of each month. Typically you'll receive your MyVIP earnings in your account by the 15th of the following month, though this is subject to the program's current deposit terms.
Be sure to keep an eye on MyStatement on the MyRewards page to track your progress and watch your Rewards Credits total grow!

This is why your payback for last month only recently appeared in your account. I can confirm that our platform team has updated your account to correct your yellow light issue. If this yellow light appears in the near future, let us know right away and
we will investigate!

Hello Razmigg,

Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.
