Xbox live rewards issue.

Xbox Live rewards hasn't been recognizing me having gold for a few months now. When my gold ran out on March 15,2014 i just put a 1 month gold subscription i had lying around and it didn't recognize me having gold the entire month. Now it doesn't recognize
me having gold and i bought a 1 year membership. I'm not linking my credit card to this service. I'm being jipped out of your "Credits" because of it to. I don't get the 2% rebait or anything. I also referred a friend and didn't receive the 1,000 points but
he got the 5,000? Really? Please fix this problem.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards program issues. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue, which is a separate program. You would have to contact their support for assistance with this issue, via a link
on the Microsoft Rewards page.

Of forgot to add that a friend referred me to gold as well on the 2 days ago, so i hope i will receive the 5,000 points and 3,000 points for buying a 1 year membership.

FYI, prepaid cards are not eligible for refer a friend offers. So that may be why you did not receive those credits. However, prepaid cards should show you as gold so you'd have to have Rewards support check why you're not being recognized.

 

Thank you for the correct thread, but my friend used a pre paid card and recieved the 5,000 points.

 

Plus the fact that prepaid cards are excluded from it is just wrong. I'm still purchasing gold and spending 60 dollars of my money. I just don't want them having my credit card information just in case i get hacked, better safe than sorry. I know i've been
rewarded before for purchasing a 1 year gold prepaid card. I've been a member of the rewards program for 3 years now and this is how i get rewarded? "Sorry, if you don't use the dangerous method of payment you get nothing."
