    As mentioned in the pop up on the Rewards page, since Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region, you cannot register into the program.

    As stated in the notice on the website, since Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region, you cannot join the program.

    litteraly every link I click brings up the popup ""Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards" instead of what I clicked on, even the log in button brings it up so I can't use the page at all!

    As stated in the pop-up, since Xbox Live Rewards is becoming Microsoft Rewards in your region, it is no longer possible to join the program. Since you are not a member of Xbox Live Rewards, you cannot log in to the site.
