Xbox Live Rewards in Poland.

Hello Support,

at the beginning i want mark that i am from Poland and my language could be not perfect.

I have a problem with Xbox Live Rewards. In short i can't join to program, because he is not available in my country.

I conntact with chat support ( i talked with nice man , regards Mark !) and he advise me to change router's IP at U.S.

That could be easy, but i am not owner of router and access to Internet.

So, what i can to do ?

Can you somehow change my location of my account ? Or you plan enter the program not long in Poland ?

I am waiting for answer hey !

Xbox Live Rewards ???

I got 5$ "Xbox Live Rewards Deposit" in my billing. Im not part of the program because i live in POLAND. When i check MyRewards i can see:

Rewards member since: ???

Your Region: ???
Xbox support sent me here to ask some questions so here i am

They're always looking to extend the program to other countries, but until the program comes there, there is no way for you to sign up for it. If you were to change your region to the US, you would have to make purchases using US currency and would receive
US currency. Having your account region not match your physical location can cause issues when you try downloading content.

While we do add additional regions to the program, we do not announce them here. If we do, we announce new regions on our twitter @XboxLiveRewards. Furthermore, changing your IP to pretend to be in the US would not have any affect, since you would still
be in Poland on your account information. Additionally, as Smwutches mentions, if you joined as a US member, only US Dollars would be eligible for Rewards.

For now, unfortunately rewards is not available in Poland, DigiDongus. Microsoft didn't share, for now, any official information on when that will be available in Poland.

yes I understand, but microsoft rewards aren't even available in Poland that's where I live, why is it that? and would be there an exact date when it will launch? thanks

Since Poland is not a eligible Rewards region, you cannot register into the Rewards program.
