Discus and support Xbox Live Rewards Help in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I cannot use Xbox rewards. And I mean that as a website.     Xbox Live Rewards Help


    I cannot use Xbox rewards. And I mean that as a website. When I click join, it takes me to a portion of the site where, somehow, I am no longer logged in, the log in section is in the green bar, and anytime I press join, on that page, it just redirects
    to an endless loop of nothing. How do I stop this?

    I have been told by Xbox support that this should appear in my Xbox Live rewards.

    I am unable to see this in my Xbox live rewards?

    You might want to redirect your question to

    forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

    But it looks like your question is more about the web-site. I get that problem myself now and then. Restarting the browser, logging in with a different browser, and/or clearing cookies/cache all seem to work at various points.

    what rewards points are you referring to? are they through the xbox live rewards program or through another program? if they are through the xbox live rewards program you must have 100 points pending in your account, before they will be transferred.
