Xbox Live Rewards have not deposited me

Hi good morning, I want to know why the credits I have earned -I have 5,250 credits and waiting for 250 for the survey answered- have not being deposited to my local currency yet If I have reached the limit of credits. I have already checked my facturation
adress and it's updated. I am waiting the deposit since march, 18th of the current year. I'm waiting for a solution and thank you for your attention.

Xbox Rewards credit not deposited

i have ransomed 5000 rewards credit using 250 gem in the vault from Xbox live rewards but after about 1 Mounth this rewards have not deposited . Why? Thanks

They would be scheduled to deposit on April 12. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If you get
to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
5000 reward points.

Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??
