I make purchases iv done missions yet im obligated to so many points but cant figure out why i havent been give what i earned? Iv been with rewards since it started btw

Day Early and 5000 short

I purchased Overwatch literally hours before his months XOXO promotion began. Is there anyway to receive the reward credits for Step 2 of the promotion, or has my eagerness to game online again (been gone since BOII) punished me?

I've been on live since it began.

I've spent thousands on xbox consoles,games etc. over the years.

I don't think I deserve a free anything.

I still have a bunch of friends who I met on PGR2 who have all been on live since it began,they don't deserve a free anything either.

Been on live since it began,paid for a great service & that price has never gone up,in fact it's cheaper now if you shop around.
