Xbox Live Rewards: games not giving credits?

In the past month I have bought Doom, Overwatch and Battleborn as a preorder through the Xbox store. I also had bought Quantum Break which was added to my punch-card. However, none of these three games have been added to the punch card nor have I received
any credits. Can someone look into this for me and tell me what to do or fix this problem. Thanks.

Keep in mind that in order to qualify for the punchcard, the games have to be purchased within the first 30 days of being available for purchase. Quantum Break had to be purchased by March 12 and Overwatch by April 13 in order to qualify for the punchcard
that ended on April 15. Neither would be eligible for the current punchcard. Otherwise, there were no other offers to receive credits for preordering those games digitally.

Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Since you are not a member, you do not have any Rewards Credits.

What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards. Since you are not a member, you are not eligible for any Xbox Live Rewards. On top of that, this purchase would not have awarded any Credits since the only offer that awards Credits for pre-orders
is the Games on Demand offer, which requires three eligible pre-orders to complete.
