XBox live rewards for march incorrect need help

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Since some of your purchases went towards the Simply Rewarding offer, those purchases did not also award MyVIP payback Credits.

However, while reviewing your account, we found that you are currently being affected by a subscription error we are in the process of resolving. Some new Preview Program functionality changed the identification for some subscriptions, which improperly caused
us to be unable to correctly determine your subscription. Apologies for the inconvenience. While our team works on resolving this issue, we will duplicate your Credit event to reflect the double percent back you should have received from your Gold Status.
You should see these changes by the end of next week.

In order for support to check into your account, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that subscriptions, in-game consumables, preorders, and another other content that was eligible for another offer on the site would
not be included in your rebates.

I spent more that E28 in march and did three purchases on three different free games. I missed those by the incorrect punch. I received the 5 hour gameplay rewards, on the 31st of march while the last game was not even punched.

Unfortunately support gave you incorrect information. For help with the Microsoft Rewards program, you would need to contact their customer support via their redemption page. They are not the same as the Xbox Rewards program.
