Xbox Live Rewards for Chile?

yes, that is my problem! i am from chile but my money in xbox live is Euro . in my region configuration settings says "Chile" (is correct) but the money is not correct.

Xbox Live countries, Chile doesn't currently have Xbox Live on the Xbox One console. The console itself should work, as well as your games, but you might not be able to connect up to Live there. Just wanted to give you a heads up on this side of things.

Hi men im from Chile and i have the same problem. I've been in Xbox live for 2 years and now than i migrate my account from Chile to USA they reset my tenure to 0.

I can't even delete my profile from the HDD it really sucks

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Spanish Rewards Account region and your Chilean Microsoft Account region. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region
will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Since Chile is not
a eligible Rewards region, this is the only way to resolve this issue.
