    Under the FAQ section MyMissions FrankenRewards the eligible content section has parts that are in Spanish instead of English.

    As stated in the migration FAQ which was available on the Xbox Live Rewards site, and is now located at https://rewards.microsoft.com/explore/xbox-to-ms-rewards-faq via the link on
    the Xbox Live Rewards site, Xbox Live Rewards was shut down on the 15th in your region, and is no longer available.

    This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues only. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you may have confused our program with Microsoft Rewards. We recommend reaching out to their support via their webpage for any assistance with Microsoft Rewards.
    Also, it sounds like you may be unaware that as specified on the website and your email, Canada was migrated to Microsoft Rewards in October, as explained in the FAQ listed in both messages (https://rewards.microsoft.com/explore/xbox-to-ms-rewards-faq?mkt=en-ca).
