Xbox Live Rewards Emails and Avatar Picture

I've been a member since the program launched and I used to receive emails. But I don't receive any for about 2yrs! I've done everything the faq said to do but no emails! and also my avatar has never updated my picture in my reward account since I started
live rewards. So can you please try to fix these issues with my account? Sure would be nice to see what the reward program has to offer and to receive monthly statements again. Thanks!!!

gamer picture problem

Hi, I got a serious problem with my gamer picture, and I edited a custom gamer picture which used the avatar editor on xbox.com before, and it updated to xbox live rewards next day. However, I purchased a gamer picture pack later on, and changed to one of
them(public and personal). therefore, all gamer picture should be showed like the newest one, but the gamer picture on "xbox live rewards" is still the old for couple months, and what I found today was there was a copy of my old custom gamer picture which
from online avatar editor one in the gamer picture option of my xbox 360 console in the profile setting menu, and I could not delete it. please help. Thx

Currently, the Gamer Picture used by the Xbox Rewards site is actually the Avatar Gamer Picture not your Xbox Gamer Picture.

If you want to change that picture you can do so through the Avatar Menu on your console using the Gamer Picture menu or you can change it on your console using the
Avatar Editor.

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can change this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then changing
your billing email from that screen. Additionally, we use your Xbox 360 avatar information on the website. If you wish to change this, you will have to do so from a Xbox 360 console.
