Hello first thing to explain is this is my second account. into the how to create a child account. Anyways in my main account I have 10750 points and the maximum amount is 5000. I want to make an early deposit but the button won't show. Also I can't wait untill the 30 because of reasons. When I contacted support I
was told to post it here so they have the tools and all to make that happen. I have 10 in total to be transferred to my account. Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??

Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over

 

How to stop early deposit request of rewards points?

I was on my Xbox rewards profile and accidentally requested a early deposit of my reward points how do I go about stopping the request to deposit?

 

There is no way to have credits deposited any earlier than the scheduled deposit dates. The deposit request button is only vailable when you have at least 1,000 credits pending but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing
to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled for deposit so there is no longer a need to request one.

 

Hi I now this but I need an official to read this. They have tools to do this early. That's what support said when I was chatting with them so I need an official.

 

Phone/chat support do not handle the rewards program so they do not have correct information regarding the program. Rewards support do not deposit credits earlier than what is scheduled.

 

Dont say that because I did the same thing and it worked so stop bieng stupid and didn't ask for your advice I want an actuall Xbox rewards agent to look at this not some idot that doesn't have tools. I know what I'm doing I've done this before

We cannot and do not deposit outside of the scheduled deposit cycles. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.
