    xbox live rewards doesn't work for me


    Hi !

    When i'm going to this website :
    http://rewards.xbox.com/

    I have only 250 points for 1 month Xbox live gold bought

    However, I bought a lot of things on xbox 360 and xbox one

    Midnight club (360), Forza Horizon (360)

    Some Xbox live gold membership

    DR3 DLCs

    Forza 5 cars

    But still no points on xbox rewards

    How can i fix this ? thank you and sorry for my bad english

    Xbox rewards doesn't work

    I have been a member since September, but there are no rewards being banked. It also doesn't recognize my gold account. What gives?

    Hello Pogocat22,

    You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

    1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at Xbox Live Rewards .

    -or-

    2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
    back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

    Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
    We also see that we are correctly recognizing your Gold status.

    If you bought these things before signing up for Rewards, that would be the reason. It only awards you Reward Credits for things you did after signing up.

    If you still believe this is an error, go ahead and post in the Rewards Support forum:

    forums.xbox.com/.../29.aspx

    This is the only forum monitored by the team running Rewards and they will be able to help you out.

    Microsoft points..

    In Xbox Live section of this site, click on Xbox Live Rewards then scroll down the page and click on "take a quick survey". It should work fine. If it doesn't work, contact @XboxLIVERewards on twitter, they'll point you towards the right link.

    The obvious is....

    XBOX REWARDS DOESN'T WORK FOR ME AND MANY MANY LIKE ME. Stop telling me it is no big deal and that it doesn't apply to XBOX ONE OWNERS. But I appreciate everyone who has posted in this forum because it is helping me bring more attention to the issue. And
    that issue is that XBOX REWARDS IS NOT WORKING AND NO ONE IS FIXING IT AND THAT THE REWARDS PROGRAM IS AN INCENTIVE TO BUYING THE XBOX ONE.

    Thank you all for replying trying to help. Some of you are genuinely trying to help while others are simply arguing with me and still time and time again I'm proving you wrong, unveiling their ignorance to the world via this forum while informing the public
    about this problem at hand.

    If you are a member of the xbox live rewards program and are a gold member of xbox live, you can send them a link found on your rewards refer page that your friend can use to sign up for xbox live gold, for this you will both recieve a reward for refering
    stated on the rewards website. If this doesn't solve your problem, could you specify more about what your issue involves
