Xbox live rewards does not reward.

I signed up for Xbox live rewards program on September 4, 2016. I have so far received no rewards. I buy almost all my games in the Xbox live store, I play games ALL the time, I purchase 3 months of Xbox live gold every 3 months via the Xbox live store.
I have just got off the phone with Xbox customer support, they told me too get ahold of "you guys". Not sure how "you guys" are any different than them but ok whatever. Basically wondering why you would single me out to be the only person that doesn't receive
any rewards. It has been over 6 months since I have signed up, the person I spoke with that works for Xbox customer support confirmed my thoughts that all of the rewards should be automatic, meaning I should not have to do anything special to get the rewards.
Soooooooooo with that being said, I am owed 6 months of retroactive rewards. If that is not something that is possible, I will settle for 59.99 plus tax on my account in order to purchase a game( or a voucher or whatever you call it, that would allow me to
receive a game via Xbox store). Integrity is of the essence in this matter, as i would rather you guys handle this in a professional matter. Which means admitting that something wrong has happened, correcting said problem, reimbursing me completely with no
issues, and that you are very sorry and that it will not happen again. Please understand that I am a reasonable person and willing to work with you guys. Let's not make this harder than it has to be. Thank you for your time and I hope to be hearing from you
ASAP.

I didn't get the VIP diamond for xbox live rewards.

Hi DDXDB. Xbox Live Rewards does not have a VIP Diamond level for members. We checked your purchases for MyVIP Star level and you currently do not have any qualifying purchases made in your Xbox Live Rewards region. We do see purchases made in a different
region, but that does not get calculated since it is outside of your Rewards region. To get progress, you'll need to either change your Rewards region, or make purchases in your Rewards region.

 

Are there any specific offers you're looking for credits from? In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. As of July
1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for purchasing/renewing gold unless you are referred by a friend to upgrade to gold.

The rewards program is not run by Microsoft which is why regular Xbox support cannot assist.

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

We do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default
state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
