Xbox Live Rewards Deposit

Hi all,

I was wondering if anybody has the same problem as myself or knows a possible solution?

I currently have an Xbox Live Gold account which was converted from a Family account when the changeover occurred to allow for Xbox One on the Live Servers. Afterwards I kind of fine tooth combed all of my details on the account to ensure that it was all
up to date & my own information.

Now I have received an email which states the below:

To fix this, we need you to take the following steps:[/td][/tr][tr][/tr][tr][td]1. Go to Microsoft Billing.[/td][/tr][tr][td]2. Make sure your account information (including country and region) is correct.[/td][/tr][tr][td]3. If you're still experiencing problems, make a post to theXbox Forums.""[/td][/tr][/table]

Now when I received this email I went through all of my security information on the console & my account on the website and all is correct. So as the email suggests I am now posting on the forum to seek help.

If anybody has a solution or even has the same problem, please post as it could help me or outline to Xbox just how many people are experiencing this problem ( if I am not the only one that is ).

Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

Hello Razmigg,

Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.

I have an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit of $##.##
on my MS account. I have spoken to support and they said the deposit should be in my Xbox Live Rewards but I cannot see it there - please help
