Xbox Live Rewards Deposit

I received a deposit on the 13th, like everyone else I would imagine, but here it is the 15th and I still have 15,250 points sitting in my account. The button that pops up requesting a deposit is not there because it's supposed to be automatic after 5,000.
I was really hoping to use these rewards for the spring sale but by the time I get an answer and then a solution, I imagine it will be too late. Please at least give me an explanation on why this happened so there might be a small possibility I can do things
right for the next time. Thanks

Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.

Xbox Live Rewards Deposit

I have an Xbox Live Rewards Deposit of $##.##
on my MS account. I have spoken to support and they said the deposit should be in my Xbox Live Rewards but I cannot see it there - please help

It depends on when the credits became pending. Credits have to remain pending for one full deposit cycle. So if you earned them after the 1st, they would be scheduled to deposit at the end of the month.

Pending Credits require one deposit cycle to process. A general rule of thumb is Credits pending on the 1st through 15th will be deposited in the end of month deposit. Credits pending on the 16th through the 31st will be deposited in the mid-month deposit
the following month. This is why you only received a portion of your pending Credit (7,050) from your Credit events that occurred up to March 30th. As you can see from your MyStatement on the MyRewards page, the Credits pending in your account were placed
as pending into your account on April 2nd, which means they will be a part of the end of April deposit cycle.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!
