Xbox live rewards deposit problem

Hi, i recently received my Feb rewards statement e-mail from xbox live rewards which said "We attempted to deposit your cash rewards into your Microsoft account you use with Xbox Live, but we encountered an error". It instructed
me to check my billing information (which i have done and see no problem with) and to make a post on the xbox forums. Not sure what the issue was, or if this is the right place to be posting as requested, but would be grateful if someone could enlighten me
or direct me to someone who can? Thanks...

Problem with xbox live rewards and microsoft rewards

hi, i have a problem with xbox live rewards, so, i have 10250 xbox credits rewards and they were deposited on may 29, i have to wait the deposite of this 10000 xbox credits on my microsoft account on june 15th or maybe i have to cancel the transition to
microsoft rewards for claim this credits and wait the deposite on my account? thanks

Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!

The points can take up to 30 days for them to be deposited into your account. See the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ for more information here:
