Xbox Live Rewards Deposit Error

Hello, Im having an issue with my Xbox Live Rewards. I have gained over the 5,000 makr, but they still have not been deposited into my account, nor do i get a button to ask for the deposit.

Can you check whats wrong with my account?

have not received my deposit from my #xbox live rewards points and it tells me that there is an error that is being repaired by third parties help

Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.

In order for support to check into it for you, you'll need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions support forum. Keep in mind that the request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so
you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited
by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!

The points can take up to 30 days for them to be deposited into your account. See the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ for more information here:

Microsoft account by the end of June. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.
