Xbox live rewards currency mismatch

I currently live in Taiwan and use NTD. I had 10,000 Xbox live rewards points, and they all got converted into currency. However, they turned into SGD and I can't spend them. Is their a way to convert the deposited SGD to NTD?

Since you registered into the program with Singapore as your Microsoft Account region in March 2017, you created a Singaporean Rewards Account, and therefore received your deposit in that region's local currency.

 

Is there a way for me to change the deposited currency?

 

As stated above, you would have to try contacting support and speak to billing to see if they can.

 

I have contacted support with both email and messages, they told me to post the problem on the forums

 

Once credits are deposited, rewards support is no longer able to do anything about them. They then become a billing problem. So you would need to try contacting them again. However, if they sent you to the forums that generally means they are unable to convert
them too.
