    Xbox live rewards credits


    I renewed my xbox live gold membership for another 12 months back in Jan of 2017. I have yet to recieve my 5000 credits for renewing gold for 1 more year. This is the 2nd or 3rd time this has happened in a row now and I am still waiting for my 10,000-15,000
    credits for the past 2 or 3 years of renewing xbox live gold, I honestly do not remember it has been so long. What I do know is that this is unacceptable especially for an original xbox live member since the very 1st console. Yes I was included in the xbox
    live @10 year group that recieved the bonus a few years back. I am hoping this can be escalated to a manager and finally resolved or I may have to consider cancelling my account for lack of action with the rewards side of things. Other than that I love xbox
    live. Please contact me via phone or email with a satisfactory resolutution.

    If you are thinking about buying gold then do it with my referral as you can get 5,000 XBL reward credits. What do I get? I get 1,000 credits if you buy gold when I refer you.

    I have Xbox Live Rewards too but I think the $15 Rewards credit is only good if you buy the physical copy through MicrosoftStore.com...?

    As of July 1, 2014, there are no offers to receive credits for renewing gold.

    Hi MrBerm. Xbox Live Rewards support is only available via Twitter and the Forums. Prior to July 2014, members were awarded 3,000 Credits for renewing their 12-month Xbox Live Gold Subscriptions. As Smwutches says, we no longer have that offer since July

    Only Xbox Live Rewards members are eligible for Xbox Live Rewards Credits. Since you are not a member, you do not have any Rewards Credits.

    What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

    What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

    A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
