Xbox Live Rewards credits not depositing

I have 14,000 credits that have been there since May 27th, around there. I was assuming that they would be deposited on the 30th, but it wasn't deposited into my account. Can I have some help with getting it converted and put into my account? Thank you in

Xbox Live Rewards deposit issue

I keep getting an email saying my Xbox Live Rewards is having an issue depositing the credits into my Xbox account but all of my account details are correct

They would be scheduled to be deposited around June 15. Credits are deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month after you have at least 5,000 pending. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited at the end of the month. If
you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

Ok, thanks! Just wondering, I did not want to lost the credits seeing as how xbox rewards is turning into microsoft rewards

Like Smwutches said. The pay out process is run on the 15th and the 30th of each month. The 15th run, looks at the 15th of the previous month to the end of the previous month and pays out on that. You should see your credits bet paid out next week on the
15th or 16th

Since we only deposit around the middle and end of the month, since you requested your deposit on the first this month, it will be a part of the mid-month deposit. Regarding the last deposit, from the transition FAQ:

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.

Have you gone to the Xbox live rewards section on Xbox.com and requested an early deposit??

Normal rewards deposits are by the 15th or end of each month if you have 5,000 credits and over

the reward credits will show on your xbox live rewards section in a few days, that is if you have signed up the the rewards program, they normally convert and deposit into your live account twice per month, but to get a deposit you need to have at least
5000 reward points.

If the 3200 you are referring to is from a Xbox Live Rewards statement email, please keep in mind that Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs with different currency. For example, we see that you had a lifetime
amount of 3250 Xbox Live Rewards Credits. All these Credits were converted into your local currency and deposited on June 19th. This deposit was spent shortly afterward on a series of purchases. A record of your transactions, including this deposit, can be
found on your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/).

Those Credits were deposited yesterday. Please note that this is a global program, so a deposit may not occur until the end of the day for your region, or a few hours after the end of the day. Also, as stated in the transition FAQ, there is no risk of losing
your Credits if you have no deposit issue:
