Xbox Live Rewards - Cashed in 4,500 rewards credits and got nothing for them

January of this year I cashed in my 4,500 (Almost 4,600) rewards credits. Usually it does is automatically at 5,000 but I clicked the option to receive it early to receive the currency it deposits a little early. However, it is now April and have still gotten
nothing in return for it. Just my still bone dry rewards credits after I made the transaction.

Lost reward credits?

yesterday I had 4,500 reward credits and now I only have 3,000 my survey credits have vanished. Any way I could get those back?

I would like my Xbox rewards credits for the sale.

I was wondering if I could get my Xbox rewards credits cashed in now so I could use it for the sale.

You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (Sign in to your Microsoft account),
where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount. Note that purchases use promotional currency first, so your purchases with your Microsoft Account after that date used those funds which were deposited.

What you are referring to is a part of the Xbox Live Rewards program. Those are rewards credits not MS points.

What are Rewards Credits and how can I use them?

A. Rewards Credits are a way of keeping track of the cash you earn through Xbox Live Rewards. Once you accumulate 5,000 Credits or more, we will automatically convert them into to your country's local currency and deposit your cash into your Microsoft account.
Then, you can head over to the Xbox stores to purchase your favorite games, Movies, Avatar props and much more!

What is the monetary value of Rewards Credits?

A. 5,000 Rewards Credits are equal to $5 USD.

Me too. Tried cashing in gems for rewards credits but i got the same error message.

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.

I had 8,500 MyVIP credits sitting for a month doing nothing, but I was happy to let them move to Microsoft Rewards.

It's now June 18, Microsoft have shut down access to Xbox Live Rewards (so I now have no proof of credit balance) and the points have not transferred to Microsoft Rewards.
