    Hello, I have been very long searching for help about my Xbox Live Rewards points .... I have already accumulated 60000 pieces and dont want to lose them , in my Billings Infos it says i have to check/update my Billing Infos , im Living in Germany but
    cant collect them i really need help Xbox Live Rewards accumalated 60k but cant recive them :( pls i dont want to lose them

    I have the same problem, I have 6500 points and I can't take them out, I live in the USA and I've waited days to take them out but I can't.

    If you already a XBOX LIVE rewards member and did not over laped. You will recived the 12 mos renewed rewards in a few days. It automatic and no need some kind of paper to show that you did. But you might be talking diffrent progame.
