xbox live rewards account suspended

i went to do my surve and a screen came up and said my account has been suspended. i called xbox and the man i talked to said it has been suspended since September but he couldn't find out why.

Microsoft Rewards account says my account has been suspended, will my Xbox Live Rewards be suspended

Hey all,

I have/had a "Bing Rewards" account that has been suspended for a good while and I'm still not sure why it was suspended, when the "Bing Rewards" account was switched/renamed to "Microsoft Rewards", the account was/is still listed as suspended. My
question is: If my "Microsoft Rewards" account is suspended, will my "Xbox Live Rewards" account be suspended as well? I've had an Xbox Live Rewards account since the beta in May 2011 and have used it every month since and don't want to lose it. Follow-up
question: If my account stays suspended, does anyone know how to reinstate my account or at the least, find out why my account(s) was suspended in the first place.

 

Xbox Live Reward migrating to Microsoft Reward

Starting in June, Xbox Live Reward is migrating to Microsoft Reward. But the thing is my Microsoft reward is suspended and I don't know why. Is this going to affect my account? Am I still be able to get the full xbox experience? Am I still be able
to use my account since it the same email for both services? I don't want my xbox live experience and reward to stop because of my Microsoft Rewards is suspended.
