Xbox Live Rewards Account Sign-In Issues

I have an issue regarding signing in to my Xbox Live Rewards account. Whenever I try to sign in, it just refreshes the page with the Xbox Live Rewards merging with Microsoft Rewards pop-up. I would like to be able to use the rest if my points available if
I have a chance to get into my account. I hope someone can help me.

Pre-Order Digital Versions?

Can't order disc and ask for digital later. Sony doesn't even do that.

If you preorder a disc you are getting a disc. You can sign up for xbox live rewards through xbox.com with your xbox live profile (you can create one before owning an xbox, and not have gold or anything either) and then setup your rewards profile.

When you preorder digital games that offer 10$ credit to your account for preordering, just have to use the same email you used with your rewards account.

Sounds complicated but it's not. You can get your games and get some rewards for the preorder, including the credit for more digital games / dlc.

That pop-up will appear every time you access a new page on the site. You can close the pop-up via the small "X" in the top right corner of the pop-up. Note that when you sign in, the page reloads with a different pop-up message, which is why you see another
pop-up when you log in.

How do I sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards?

A. Follow these steps to sign up for Xbox LIVE Rewards:

Go to Xbox.com to connect your Xbox 360 to Xbox LIVE.

This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards, where we handle Xbox Live Rewards issues. Since you contacted Microsoft Support, they likely confirmed that you set up a Microsoft Rewards account. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you are not eligible for
Xbox Live Rewards. From the FAQ:

I've had an Xbox Live account for years. Can I earn Rewards for transactions made prior to signing up for Xbox Live Rewards?

You can only earn Rewards once you're an Xbox Live Rewards member. Once your membership is complete, we'll begin tracking your activity and rewarding you for things like completing missions, earning MyVIP Gems, or working towards your MyVIP Star Rank
by making qualifying digital purchases in the Microsoft Store. For full details on the Rewards available, please see the Terms and Conditions.
