Xbox live rewards account not giving credits

I hope this is the right place to post this, after a conversation with Xbox support staff I have been sent here. My account balance for Rewards has worked fine up until the end of March, giving the % back promised with the program based off purchases and
it has been great. Unfortunately, after the last deposit the only credits that have been added to the pending queue are for the 2 monthly surveys between then and now. I made 7 purchases since that time, and they have not been added to pending credits. So
far as I can tell there is not a problem with the account, which says it is still in good status. Thanks in advance for any information for correcting this problem, or if this should be posted/messaged elsewhere please let me know and I will do so.

Hello dygawi,

We see that in March you chose to opt in to the Simply Rewarding offer. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once, you did not get MyVIP for that month. This is outlined in our FAQ:

What type of Rewards can I earn?

In addition to our special events and offers, there are two easy ways to earn Rewards Credits each month; by completing missions or special offers, or with a MyVIP Star Rank. To see current
missions, visit the MyMissions page. For more details, please see the Terms and Conditions. Don't forget to check back often to see what's new, as missions are updated frequently!

To learn more about your MyVIP Star Rank, which gives you a percentage back on what you buy in the Xbox Store, visit the MyRewards page. Once you have earned at least 1 Star, you'll start earning each month
based on your qualifying purchases from the previous month.

Please note: Xbox Live Rewards members may not earn Rewards Credits for multiple offers based on performing the same action. For example, your purchases made to complete a monthly mission won't also be eligible for MyVIP.

Regarding your MyVIP for April, we have delayed payback for that month due to an issue that is occurring with members of the preview program. Apologies for the inconvenience. Once we can confirm that these users will be appropriately rewarded, we will activate
the payback process for April.

April purchases have not yet been posted. MyVip is calculated at the end of the month and deposited around the 15th of the following month, it is pre-dated for the last day of the month to avoid confusion. Also, I have seen the staff saying there may be
a delay in April's MyVip deposit. They will respond to you here to let you know.

The staff works Monday - Friday from 9am to 5pm PST and typically respond within 1-2 business days.

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in.

From the transition FAQ:

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.
