Xbox Live rewards account bugged

My Xbox rewards profile or account here on my gamertag seems some kind of glitched. I joined in 2012 and I do not want to lose my tenure or my points. I should have got around a couple 1000 and the tenure of 2012 which is cool. Could someone check it and
maybe fix my account? This would be a big help! I think I joined on UK region.

Has anyone else got $6.00 free from microsoft on 360?

I was going to purchase a few games from xbox live on my 360 and I went to add a credit card and saw that for some reason that microsoft put $6.00 into my microsoft account and thought that was just from the rewards program. But I happen to check another account on my xbox 360 that i didn't even use the rewards program with and have just purchase one game with that account and it also has $6.00 in that account also is Microsoft given out $6.00 to us or what is the deal?

both triggers +y to refresh your dash. Log out of your account sign in to another account the hard reboot. Once u reboot log into your regular account. This should force the Xbox to refresh the Xbox live data that has become stale. If it does not report the bug to the Xbox team.

Negative. Iam still in the programm with 0 stats. Iam not able to opt out or rejoin. That is glitched for me.

Looks like your Xbox Live region is set to a region that Xbox Live Rewards is not available in (Austria). This is the reason why you are unable to join the program.
