Xbox Live Rewards 15,000 credits promotion issues

I preordered Final Fantasy XV on September 10th through the Microsoft store, back when Xbox Live Rewards was having a promotion. The promotion was that for any preordered games purchased before the end of the year, you would get 15,000 rewards credits as
part of the preorder bonus for each game and instead of the $10 Microsoft gift card. The email stated 7-10 days for the preorder content codes and points to be emailed/deposited. I still haven't received that email or the 15,000 points. Any idea what went
wrong?

Missing Reward Credit after purchasing through MicrosoftStore.com

Hello,

I received an xbox live rewards promotion email for the Ghost Recon game. Purchased a gold edition hard copy from MicrosoftStore.com for the 15,000 reward credits as the promotion email stated and waited past the 96 hours for the credits to appear as pending. I
verified today and still my credits are not there. Could someone please help me with this? Is not the first time I try to take advantage of the promotion deals and I would hate to miss another opportunity to earn rewards.

Didn't receive 15,000 credit pre-order bonus

Hi, I pre-ordered 3 Xbox games (Monster Hunter World, Sea of Thieves, and Far Cry 5) as part of the Xbox Rewards promotion to receive 15,000 credits. The reward has not been posted to my account.

The credits should show as pending about 10-15 business days after the game shipped, so it just hasn't been enough time yet to see them pending. If you don't see them after 15 business days, you would need to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

xbox live rewards deposits credits into your xbox live rewards account based on a variety of activities such as purchases through MS. I got 15,000 credits in march 2016 for buying the division. I bought battlefield 1 in oct 2016 and never got the reward.

The $10 gift card is a promotion from microsoftstore.com. You would need to contact their customer service for assistance with the offer.

If you are a rewards member, you will receive 15,000 rewards credits instead of the $10 gift card.

The promotion to receive 15,000 reward credits for pre-ordering the physical disc from microsoftstore.com is issued 10-15 business days after the title launches. So you would not see those deposited until around December 13th - 20th.

of the $10.
