Xbox Live reward system - Unsubscribe

Dear Support!

I have got a problem with the mailing. I am unsubscribed from the program, but still got the mails. The website (https://rewards.xbox.com/join-now/) is not working correctly under Safari and Chrome. When I
choose "NO" option the click on "CONTINUE" page is loading then throw back the join page.

So, please can you delete my e-mail address from the reward program manually?

It seems I have two Xbox live rewards accounts combined into one account.

I regularly receive an email from the Xbox live rewards program addressed to my old gamertag and it's associated email. When I select the link within this email to unsubscribe from the Xbox live rewards program, I am taken to my new and current gamertag
and it's associated account. I want to unsubscribe and delete this old account so that it is no longer 'attached' to my new and current gamertag and xbox live rewards account. Please help.

It looks like your opt-out back in December was not correctly sent due an issue with the region the request was sent from. We have corrected this issue, and you should properly be opted out of the program in 48 hours. Apologies for the inconvenience.

Are you saying that I was unsubscribed from XBL Gold at the time? The promotion was for signing up for XBL Rewards, not Gold.

K well. I've officially had it. I pay the same amount as everyone else for gold and I just get excluded from the rewards programme and bonuses like this. I'm unsubscribing and leaving xbox behind.

I want to log out of the forum and do not receive more mail. In the mail you receive it says Unsubscribe: On the question, select the ellipsis (...) and then select Unsubscribe. I do not understand where
and how?

My account is 11 years old (haven't unsubscribed even once), got 82k Gamerscore.

I consider myself a very important player, so i'd like some kind of reward aswell. I never got anything from Xbox Live, not even those small payments on my birthday like some other users got.

Is it because i live in a Tier 2 country (Norway)? We allready get shafted with a delayed Xbox One launch.
