Xbox live reward system broken?

I don't seem to understand how this reward s system works.i have been a member since she 2015 and I have bought countless games from the store unlocked thousands of achievements done surveys and all yet I don't seem to be getting reward points added.in my
honest opinion I think that this reward system needs tonne sorted out as I would have hadn't a fair amount of credit to buy stuff from the store but yet still hacving to use my cash as I have no points.i ops that the that this issue is fixed

Did you all know this about Bing Rewards and Xbox Live?

Bing Rewards has now added One Year Xbox Live Gold Memberships to their redeemable gifts.

Not only that, if you take full advantage of the Bing Reward system, using both PC and Mobile searches, you can earn that One Year of Xbox Live Gold in LESS than six months, meaning, you can now earn TWO years of Xbox Live Gold in less than ONE year.

 

Migration to Microsoft Rewards

So Microsoft rewards system is not open in all countries and especially in Europe it's only open in a few countries, and i am sure that a big margen of the xbox users live in Europe, what will happen to them when the "xbox reward system" migrates to the
Microsoft rewards will they be able to use Microsoft rewards or they should just forget about it, and not have the same opportunities as the others who live in microsoft rewards supported countries?

You can earn Xbox Live Rewards Credit in two ways:

1. By finishing the offers located on the MyMissions page at
https://rewards.xbox.com/mymissions/ .

-or-

2. For non-offer purchases, you can earn Credits by earning a one star MyVIP level through purchasing at least $300 USD or regional equivalent of eligible content. After you receive your first star you will begin to earn a percentage of your eligible purchases
back as payback Rewards Credit. Pre-orders, in-game consumables, and subscriptions are not eligible for MyVIP.

In September 2014 we changed to the MyVIP policy. As a result, payback based off Gamerscore (MyAchievements) was discontinued. Also, as of July 2014, we do not award Credits for Xbox Live Gold renewals. MyVIP has a

recalibration every year. At the end of the year, we place you in your MyVIP rank for the new year based off your eligible spending from the previous year, and set your progress to the default state. This happened in September 2015 and December 2016. Since
you are a zero star member, you do not get payback Credits on your purchases. You can check your current MyVIP level/progress at (Xbox Live Rewards).
