Hello

How should I know where is my Xbox Live Reward registered area ?

I just putout this program two days ago by the wrong area problem because I have two address (TMN and US ), I live Taiwan now.

Can you check that Taiwan is my new Xbox Live Reward registered area?

Is it possible to change region?

Hello iHunt81,

Since Xbox Live Rewards is transitioning to Microsoft Rewards in the US region, where you have registered, there is no way to change your Xbox Live Rewards region.

Xbox Live Rewards Issue

Hi,

My Xbox Live are not being processed. I have an error message on Xbox Live Rewards saying my "your deposits are not going through! Please ensure the invoicing information listed in your microsoft commerce account is correct".

Both my Xbox Live account and XBox Rewards are registered for the UK. I have been registered with Xbox Live rewards since October 2010.

I am aware this is an ongoing problem but has been an open for me now for many many months..... :-(

Can you please help advise / resolve?

Since the Xbox Live Rewards program is ending in your region, you cannot currently register into Xbox Live Rewards. You will have to wait for the Microsoft Rewards program to being in your region before registering into that program.
