    I am a member of the Xbox Live Reward Program and every month i get a email from the xbox reward and it said i earned 0 points for reward why is that happening?

    Rewards balance not showing/adding points accumulated prior to 11/01/2017.

    We see that you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member. As was stated in November in both your emails and on the Xbox Live Rewards site, your region was migrated to the Microsoft Rewards program. This forum is for Xbox Live Rewards issues. The Microsoft Rewards
    program is a separate program, so we are not fully informed on their issues. You should try contacting their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website.

    Microsoft Rewards point requirement increase eventhough I'm still Level 2.

    the UTC time zone, so you are no longer able to access Xbox Live Rewards.

    The Xbox Live Rewards program and Microsoft Rewards program are completely separate entities. Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, this sounds like a Microsoft Rewards issue. You would have to contact their support via their webpage for assistance.
    Since you are not a Xbox Live Rewards member, you have no Credits in our program.
