Xbox Live Reward Points Not Depositing

Hello! I've had ~14,000 Xbox Live Rewards points as of May 5th and I had expected them to be deposited during the mid-month section. Since they were not deposited, I decided to wait until the end of month deposit day to see if they would be converted at
that time, but again they have not. As I'm sitting on 17,000 rewards credits and I know the program is being converted to Microsoft Rewards, I just want to ensure that the credits will be deposited to my account. Is there any additional thing I need to
do to ensure they get deposited?

Xbox Live Rewards

My Xbox Live Rewards account isn't depositing my points. Its been about a year and I now have a total of 1130 that I have not received.

Hey Aelyr,

We see that these Credits were deposited yesterday. This is expected, and laid out in our FAQ for Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.

Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing into
your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we will not be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.

Since you only hit the 5000 required to trigger a deposit as specified above on May 5th, your Credits pending on the first half of the month were a part of the end of month deposit, as explained above.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is
