Xbox live reward & MS account info issue

Hi,

On my Xbox live reward page it says that I have to update my birthday information because it is incorrect. But, I clicked on the update my account info button & it is the correct date. So, what do I do to fix this? I tried "updating" my birthday by just
putting in the same date but it still says on the reward page to update my birthday.

Problem with account

I got an e-mail from Xbox Live Rewards today and it starts with "There seems to be an issue with your account". And told me to come here?

Reward Points

My Xbox Live rewards aren't being awarded to my account. On the Xbox Live rewards page it says that I have 330 MS points, but it only shows 120 on my account.

This yellow alert is a new feature that was implemented to let you know we've encountered a minor issue on your account. In your case, we noticed that the birthdate we have for your account is very, very old. According to our report, you would have been
old enough to serve in both World Wars! This is a problem that we are discussing with the team that designed this feature. When we have more information on why we are seeing this old birthday being reported, we'll update you here! Sorry about the confusion.
This is just something odd we noticed about your account; everything else is working just fine.

Hi,

Thanks for answering me. I just checked my account information it says my birth date is in 1981. Which makes me only 35 years old, which is my current age. I do not know what year you guys see, but clearly I am not seeing the same thing.Because so far as
I know that does not make me old enough to have lived thru both World Wars (Unless I am really bad at math & knowing my own age ). So, I don't know what to say...

As we suspected once you confirmed your data was correct, the information we are receiving for your account has been incorrectly formatted by our data provider, which is causing us to see this odd birthday for your account. We have determined the why and
the how this error occurred, and are currently following up with our data provider on how this issue can be resolved. In the meanwhile, we will be adjusting our yellow light notification with some better information, and you should see this yellow light for
your birthday disappear sometime in the next few weeks. Fortunately, this notification, has no affect on how your Rewards Account works, and has not negatively impacted your Rewarding in any way. Again, we apologize for the alarm brought on by this notification.

This wasn't a Microsoft Rewards issue, it was an Xbox Live Gold Quests thing. Not related to MS Rewards.
