Xbox live reward deposit problem

hello I have a major issue on the 4th and 6th of January I had a big amount of vip gems to deposit but you never ant me an email I've been keeping a close eye on my emails every day and I get all your promotion emails and statement emails but I did not acquire
deposit email which I have found out today that I miss out on 300gems for my 5 year anniversary 500gems for becoming an overlord and 100 gems for completing the golden child challenge and it wasn't even my fault please help me I've been tying to save up for
the xbox one x HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!!!

Problem with xbox live rewards and microsoft rewards

hi, i have a problem with xbox live rewards, so, i have 10250 xbox credits rewards and they were deposited on may 29, i have to wait the deposite of this 10000 xbox credits on my microsoft account on june 15th or maybe i have to cancel the transition to
microsoft rewards for claim this credits and wait the deposite on my account? thanks

Correct account, says points deposited, but they aren't in my microsoft awards balance

Microsoft Rewards and Xbox Live Rewards are separate programs, and Xbox Live Rewards deposits directly to your commerce account, as Smwutches says.

send an email to let you know you have a perk waiting for you, plus put a special alert on the MyRewards page, so make sure to either check your email or the site often!

Since it has been more than 60 days since those perks were placed as pending into your account, they have expired.

Deposits from the Xbox LIVE Rewards program occurs around the 15th and 30th of each month. Deposits from the Program are in batches of 100 Points or more. Rewards Points deposits are labeled as Points Added or Rewards. The Microsoft Billing site will not
list out the specific Rewards opportunity that has been deposited. From there, the total amount of Rewards Points deposited should add up with the amount of awarded Rewards Points listed on the Xbox LIVE Rewards site. This is from the rewards rep. Here is

I've received the same thing. I've received a "$10 xbox live rewards deposit," and two "$5 xbox live rewards deposit." I thought this was kind of odd, as I did not request these. Also it states on the transaction record that these "deposits" are also "refunds." Weird!!!

The points can take up to 30 days for them to be deposited into your account. See the Xbox Live Rewards FAQ for more information here:
