xbox live reward credits NOT being deposited into my account

Ever since microsoft points were converted into cash i have never had my points deposited into my account. I have over 6000 points to come and even though i have asked for help several times AND CHECKED CHECKED AND DOUBLE CHECKED my account information
nothing has been done about this...Please help

Lifetime reward credits: 13,050, yet haven’t received currency in my Microsoft account

Hi, over a year ago I requested my Xbox Live reward credits be changed into currency and deposited into my Microsoft account. However I have now racked up 13,050 reward credits and haven’t receive anything for them.

Just looking for a bit of assistance to see if I would be able to get the deposited into my account.

Have you converted over to currency on the dashboard? I had the same problem as you and was told to go to buy something via the dashboard (but obviously not go through with the purchase). I was then prompted to switch
from the previous microsoft points to real currency. After doing this, my reward points were deposited on the next date.

i will post on the suggested link thanks guys....its not about the deposited date because its never deposited since the change (which was september i belive) also i have brought several things from xbox live using £££s and all my account/billing information
ect is all correct so im not sure what the problem is.

Ive posted several messages on the link before but all microsoft keep saying is check detail then wait till deposited date...which obviously isnt very helpful..

ive been asking since september/october time really annoying i never had problem when it was just reward points...they dont have a problem taking money from me for xboxlive and dlc but when them that suppose to give money there is always a problem

Same for me man i have got my billing info right and i have bought several DLC from the store my list is pretty long an i have never got anything deposited into my account for the past 2 years so um are you guys just yanking peoples chains or are u for real
an i have requested several early deposits but nothing i should have got my cash today but once again i did not an i have over 1,000 points. so if you could tell me something useful instead of check your billing info that would be nice

Since we only deposit around the middle and end of the month, since you requested your deposit on the first this month, it will be a part of the mid-month deposit. Regarding the last deposit, from the transition FAQ:

What about my current Xbox Live Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems balance?

If you have any pending Rewards Credits in your Xbox Live Rewards account on May 31, 2018, or if you are expecting your MyVIP deposit for purchases made in May 2018, Xbox Live Rewards will convert them into your local currency and deposit them in your
Microsoft account by the end of June 2018. You will then have 1 year to spend that currency on digital items from the Microsoft Store.

If Xbox Live Rewards is unable to deposit into your account for some reason, as long as you have not opted out to make the transition to Microsoft Rewards, any undeposited Xbox Live Rewards Credits and unredeemed MyVIP Gems will be automatically converted
to Microsoft Rewards points and be added to your Microsoft Rewards account to redeem for whatever you choose from the Microsoft Rewards catalog. See the next question for when to expect your Rewards Credits and MyVIP Gems if you have opted-out of making the
transition to Microsoft Rewards.

For help with Rewards program offers, you'll want to post in the Xbox Rewards Questions forum.

Rewards credits are not like Microsoft Rewards points. The credits are deposited directly into your Xbox account as currency.

Thanks, that's mean for 50,000 rewards credits they will be directly deposited as USD $50 to my account? (I'm in the US)

Those Credits were deposited yesterday. Please note that this is a global program, so a deposit may not occur until the end of the day for your region, or a few hours after the end of the day. Also, as stated in the transition FAQ, there is no risk of losing
your Credits if you have no deposit issue:

From the previously available FAQ on Vault Credits:

I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in.

From the transition FAQ:

Hello brianone1,

We currently see that your previous deposit failed due to a currency mismatch issue between your UK Rewards Account and your US Microsoft Account. However, due to recent data policy changes, we can not currently see your current Microsoft Account region
settings. If you have successfully changed your Microsoft Account region, then your deposit should no longer have a currency mismatch issue.

We do not contact users after the transition. While there will be a deposit of any un-deposited (pending) Credits, we will not be in communication for that process. The deposits will be processed automatically, and would appear on your commerce page (https://commerce.microsoft.com/) similarly
to other Xbox Live Rewards deposits (a refund with a negative amount). However, you are correct that this should result in a deposit of those funds. If you would like your deposit as currency, and not Microsoft Points, then you may wish to pursue this option.
Note that as stated in the FAQ, if we are unable to complete a deposit, any pending Credits will be converted into Microsoft Points. This opt out deposit should occur around the time your region is fully transitioned to Microsoft Rewards.

If you resolve your issue, your deposit will complete successfully. Otherwise, you will receive an error notice on your statement email, similar to before. If your currency mismatch issue has not been resolved by the time of the transition, your Credits
will be converted to Points, as mentioned in the FAQ:

Since the Microsoft Rewards program is separate from Xbox Live Rewards, we do not have any insight into how their program operates. However, since they do not seem to have the same Credit deposits as currency as our program does, this currency mismatch issue
will unlikely persist in the same way on your Microsoft Rewards account.
