Xbox live reputation.

This morning I log in to find my reputation "needs work."

I find this system very unfair and the fact I get a message of Microsoft to tell me to try and be more friendlier! Okay for one I never talk in game chat! I never cause any problems! This whole reputation system is favoured by sore losers! I play Gears Of
War and have been for 8 years, so why is it fair for trolls to abuse this system because they got beaten at a game! I have an 22.47 W/L and I do play with a full squad aka my friends! So we are gonna be winning 95% of our games! We are all good at the game
and this reputation system is nothing more than for people to get upset because they lost, so they are willing to report or block me to affect my reputation! Why couldn't the reputation work like it did on the 360! How is this a "fun" feature? It's not balanced!
I will be very upset if my reputation reaches 'avoid me' part, because I know what that means! My gamer tag would be useless to be used for the xbox one!

I have always loved the xbox consoles and the features it's offered in the past, but this system is getting out off control! like I said I play Gears Of War, a game for the multiplayer takes practice and skill to learn the game! I've mastered it to its full
potential that it offers, so I'm not saying I'm the best player but I'm not saying I'm bad as well. Some new players would hate to run in to pro gears players and get a lose, because they are learning the game! So it gives them that option to get upset and
report me and my friends because that wasn't what they like or expected the multiplayer to be like! So how is this a balanced feature? People know how to abuse this system. I am a fair gamer and if a team beats me and my friends I will congratulate them and
send them a message saying "good game that was fun." If I play a new game and I play against pros I don't cry about getting beaten, instead I learn from those players and learn how to play the game instead of reporting or blocking people like most sore losers
would do! I want everyone to be a fair player. If you run in to better players or a team then accept it! Instead of trying to ruin someone reputation because you can't handle some better than you on a game.

Please fix this whole system, because with this you'll lose a lot of fans because of this reputation system.

I posted along similar lines earlier - see the disgraceful thread. I'm going email the chief exec tomorrow with my experience as the enforcement team just not communicating or approving posts on their official forum.

Honestly after the fiasco of 360 ring of death, the mess of MCC on the xbox one, this rep system and the fact

PS4 is getting gears of war, I might just jump ship.

Been on live for c12 years and get treated as a piece of scum because some people dislike the fact I can dominate Halo 5 games. Less than 0.04% of people I played with have reported me, yet I now cannot play online.

 

The rep system works fine on the xbox one.

PlayStation is not getting GoW.It's published by Microsoft so it won't ever be on the PlayStation as long as that's the case.
