Xbox live reputation system still broken in 2017

Hi anyone reading this, I been a loyal xbox player since November 2008, since buying overwatch this time last year I've gone through 3 accounts due to the amount of reports I've received.I've had no problems like this in the past but over the past year I
received over 100 reports over these 3 accounts for simply playing a character they don't like, I've disabled messaging and I only talk when I'm invited to parties from teammates,I'm trying to keep this short because I'll probably only get a generic copypasted
response but your current system is flawed and it feels like nobody on the "enforcement" team actually cares, I've tried going to the enforcement page,playing different games etc......but to no avail.If anybody on the enforcement team actually cares to read
this then please....do.....something.

The reputation system is broken and completely useless, it's best to just ignore it.

And you missed everything I typed, based on what/how I'm reading it. I'm following the rules. I'm not calling them names in messages or saying any one person in particular is doing the reporting. I'm stating how it's dumb to be
reported for something when nothing was done to warrant the report. Please make what you're trying to say more clear, because the way it's typed out, it's coming across the wrong way.

It's a waste of time to try and "setup" matches with people of alike Rep. Some (meaning Polygon and Kotaku) think this Reputation System somewhat makes Xbox Live practically totalitarian.

I understand trying to keep things friendly, (and honestly, I regret getting myself into this situation. I get frustrated easily and have poor impulse control). If I ever do get out of this, it's definitely lesson learned.
