Xbox Live reputation system needs some serious work

Firstly, I play gears of war, its the only reason I buy an xbox. I made a couple posts in the gears forums about how the devs (TC) reverted the game back to its launch state for the new Operation 3 which happens to be during the free play days.

The next day, my reputation needs work. with 25 cheater reports and 38 unsupported behaviour.

2 days later, im on 38 cheater reports and 40 unsupported behaviour.

I am not getting out of needs work at this rate in will inevitably drop to avoid me. gears is very niche and I won't find any games online.

this system is absolutely terrible.

I've contacted support and all they did is tell me to look at websites I've already looked at and literally give me the wrong help. its very frustrating but I can't blame her, she's just doing her job.

if I drop to avoid me im literally going to break the xbox and not by the series x. This system is 100% trash.

There are certain gaming comuuites that if you play at a high level people will report you because you killed them even though they are better than you but because you hurt their ego.

I asked her this

"Does the amount of reports lead to your reputation being impacted or is that not at all related. because either way its a broken system. if its not related, why has my rep dropped to amber and if it is related then that is just plainly wrong because
I have never cheated in my life"

I need to contact enforcement but I can't and no one will help me with this. I love xbox and I feel really stressed out right now. ive invested thousands of £ into the xbox ecosystem and this is the support a good customer gets.
