Xbox Live Reputation issues

My account will allow me to sign in, but will not let me get matched up with other players. After a while I decided to look into what was the issue. It has come to my understanding that someone has reported me so many times, that my reputation says avoid
me. However, I have not cause any harm, abuse, or cheating to receive this penalty. I also have realized that people on the xbox one can report you as many times as they please until it says avoid me. Is there anyway this issue can be resolved and my profile
reputation is set back to good? There are actually players online that cheat, hack, and verbally abuse players. I am not one of those players and I feel I should not be reported for reasons that they make up. Your help would be greatly appreciated and the
Gamertag is

Sorry to hear it. However, the reputation system does have many checks and balances for it. A couple of people spamming the system with reports on one gamertag will not give you a bad rating.

Currently if you have a bad rating you can only play online with others with the same type of rating. However, you can have friends invite you to play with them. So long as you play well and get no bad reports your rating will rise back up so you can continue
playing with others.

 

I will add a bit to what onyx has told you. Having a friend invite you to play will not work if you go into a VS. game. In this case, all players on the opposing team would have to have the same rep as you, or be on your friend list, for you to be able to
get in the game. I have suggested to others, that you try to play a game with a co-op campaign option. You can do this with a friend regardless of rep, and it seems to have worked for others.

 

my gamer rep is showing in the green as a good player reputation. Yet my stars rating was almost at 4 stars just a few weeks ago and now is only just at 2 stars. Please tell me why this would occur if the system is set up with fair checks and balances against
other gamers and their friends falsely reporting my on my gamertag! I have already called xbox live today once about this issue and the rep. named Raymond was not able to resolve this issue at this time. We tried reloading my profile but that did not change
back my star rating on my gamertag profile at all. He said (Raymond) that he would have a supervisor call me back to try to resolve this star rating issue that is showing up incorrectly at this time! My gamertag profile should be at 4stars, im a 6yr. xbox
live gold member and over these past 6 years have hard only a couple of issues with gamers! So if anyone could please help me resolve this star rating issue i would deeply appriciate it! Thx Phi1D0sTaters13
