Xbox Live Report System needs a rework

I started to notice the problem when I got my first suspension last week, but then I got a second suspension just right now. I started to do some research to see if this has happened to anyone else and in fact it has. Apparently any player can easily report
just for saying one swear word and for the way you play the game without any reason. I recently reinstalled Dead by Daylight on my Xbox one and started to play it again. After 4 days of playing just Dead by Daylight I started to get messages from other players
saying i'm trash, that I tunnel, that I camp, and that i'm harassing them. You know the typical trash talk. But then it started to get worse when the players who messaged me, started to report me for the most dumb reasons i've ever seen. It wasn't a problem
until I got my first suspension and then my second suspension. I started to realize that this report system can easily be abused. I have never had this problem for 14 years of playing on this account. I have encountered trash talking but that's normal. I don't
really understand why microsoft hasn't fixed this. What's the point of being on xbox live if i'm just gonna get reported for the cheapest reasons ever? But it won't matter because I apparently violated the terms. Maybe I should switch to Playstation

Thank you for reaching out to the Forums. Every Report that goes through the Enforcement Team will get reviewed before any suspension is on your account. For future reference I would advise that you do not reply to any of those messages as your messages
can be reported and then your account could end up with a suspension if they are found to break the Code of Conduct.

If you feel that your account has been wrongfully suspended you can always submit a case review to have it reviewed and turned over if you have done nothing wrong.

As there is nothing that we can do through the Forums regarding any enforcement action we will go ahead and lock this thread. If you have any other questions for us feel free to start a new thread.

Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued. Unless you have violated the Code of Conduct, spam reporting is of no use.

I do block them and yet I still get reported, what you don't understand is no matter what I do even if I don't say anything or block them I still will get a suspension in other words I'm screwed

If someone harasses you online don't retaliate, just report and block that person. Every report gets investigated by XBLPET before a suspension is issued

The enforcement team doesn't uses the twitter and we can't help you with suspension issues

The entire underlying architecture of the party system was reworked, and as such, the two systems are incompatible. The update is supposed to go live on the 4th, so you won't have to wait much.
