Xbox live repeatedly cutting out every 10 mins

I've gone through all the instructions on the xbox support page and even called up my network providers and all they do is say it's a problem with xbox, any suggestions as I'm really fed up now

How did yu go about getting the insurance to pay cause my xbox keeps cutting off every 10 min. N ive only had it a month .

xbox live keeps kicking me out every 5 - 10 min and this started the day xbox one came out. anyone else having problems?

 

Yep, same thing is happening to me and many other people. Been speaking to xbox support alot and nothing has worked although there is something you can try,

1.Delete all games and apps that are affected.

2.Turn your console off completely. (Hold power button for 5 seconds, or unplug your power pack.)

3.Turn your console back on. Then go to settings, netwrok, and clear your mac 3 times. (Like clearing your cache on the 360)

4.Reinstall your games, and hope that it works! (This may not work, and it did not work for me but it has worked for people)

OR

If that doesn't work you can try to just delete your profile from your Xbox, and clear the MAC 3 times and reinstall your profile.

NOTE: If you do not know you profiles Email and Password instead put your profile onto a memory stick to make sure you don't lose it.

One of the easiest fixes is to just plug and ethernet cable into the xbox which might fix the problem, as it fixed the problem for my friend.

 

Try another router. Most routers what ISP's offering with broadband, is very cheap and does not work properly.

 

I'm having the same issue. I think it is an xbox live service issue. I checked the status page which said the service is up, but clearly it isn't my end. netflix etc working fine on roku and ps3. Xbox Live keeps disconnecting. Just because xbox live status
page says it is up doesnt mean that is correct. Problem has to be detected before the page updates.

Master Reset your router and modem, this is normally caused by UPNP not working properly because the RAM in the router is to full to process new information.

In the Xbox: Settings>Network>Advanced>Alt Mac Address>Clear>Restart

That erased the network settings on the Xbox One ^|

If the issue is still happening, it is because of the router/modem settings (Do the steps on router and modem if you have both, otherwise, just do it on the one you have)
